How we work

We are committed to ensuring our family of schools retain their own school’s individuality as we value their uniqueness, their individual skills, strengths, and wealth of experience as this adds to the strength of our Trust.
Continuous professional development is integral to how we work as a family of schools. We provide mentoring, training, coaching and one to one support to all our teaching staff.
The Trust has its own teaching school and it is nationally recognised for its ability to improve education standards and also for the support and governance its provides. The Trust has five nationally recognised specialist leaders in education and is working to develop more across all its schools.
We are also part of a teaching alliance so can offer a fantastic curriculum that enables the development of strong leaders and continuous professional development at the highest level. We actively seek to develop strong leaders throughout the whole school in every one of our family of schools.
For schools joining our family, their teaching staff have access to the experiences and knowledge of staff working in an autism provision, an SEMH provision and a teaching school. They also have the opportunities to work in these areas to further enhance their skills.
As a Trust we provide a range of support to schools not within our family. Our support is centred around providing a sustainable change that the school can work on and imbed to carry on their improvement journey.
