These are our values that drive everything we do.
We are passionate about nurturing, growing and developing people, so that the children and families we serve have the best opportunities to thrive. We work together with parents – we know that no one knows their children like parents do. We want to excite and motivate those who work with us and create real joy around learning.
There is an absolute commitment to working together and utilising the collective brain that we have within the Eko Trust. All our schools, as well as organisations outside of Eko, work together to accomplish things that would not be possible alone, while maintaining the distinctive character of each school.
A key driver is our focus on improvement. We want to continually develop our staff and the learning of the children and young people, to make us better and better.
Our family of good and outstanding schools includes a teaching school. This plays an important role in working with others to provide high-quality training and support for school improvement.
We are really proud of what we have already achieved together and we welcome enquiries from others who would like to join us on our journey.
